I was pleased with the information on the website and also with how quickly my product arrived.
We have slept n our new wool mattress pad for two nights now - in the middle of a really hot spell - and love it. It keeps us comfortable temperature-wise, plus it adds a nice layer of padding that our old one didn't have. I was taught that wool is hot and is only for winter. Not true: wool is for all seasons and keeps you at comfortable temperatures. One side note is that the bag the mattress pad came in will be very handy to use on an upcoming cruise, where I will need some storage. This purchase was a definite win.

Ordering was easy and my goods arrived very promptly. The cushion pad seems sturdy (unlike some polyester ones) but not overly stuffed - which is just what I wanted! I suspect that I will be back for more…

Have been looking at this mattress protector for some time. I have just ordered a new bed so decided to buy one to protect it. I haven't yet used it but it arrived very quickly, well packed and looking at it very well made and looks as though it will last a long time

Wonderful light summer duvet for warm summer nights

I had my wool pillow for 2 weeks and the difference in my quality of sleep is amazing. I used to wake every night with hot sweats but not since bùying this lovely pillow! With their excellent service and quick delivery, I highly recommend The Woolroom. Of course I've now bought the duvet!
